HR Advisor
Lauren has six years experience in Retail Management where she dealt with instore performance reviews, absence reporting, recruitment, onboarding, probation reviews etc. Lauren has always had a passion for all things HR so joining Nicki and the team has enabled Lauren to pursue her dream career.
Lauren passed her CIPD Level 3 in HR in September 2024 and was promoted to HR Advisor in December 2024.
