Nicki founded Westcountry HR in 2016 and has 20 years working in HR, including experience with FTSE 100 companies. Nicki’s aim was to make experienced HR support accessible to small and medium businesses at an affordable cost. She brings a practical approach, helping employers understand their options and take the next step.

Lauren South

HR ADVISER

Lauren brings six years of retail management experience, covering recruitment, onboarding, absence and employee performance.

Lauren completed her CIPD Level 3 qualification in September 2024 and became an HR Adviser in December 2024. She supports clients with approachable advice and everyday HR administration.
